While none of the Top 25 Markets recorded an occupancy increase over 2019, Phoenix came closest to its pre-pandemic comparable (-3.2% to 80.5%).

• Average daily rate (ADR): US$133.72 (+1.3%)
• Revenue per available room (RevPAR): US$73.00 (-12.9%)
